Property Size

Property price is a function of the services you select and the physical attributes of the property including property size. We utilize the Collin and Denton county tax description to determine property size. Most city properties will be less than 11,000 sq ft, which is approximately 1/4 acre.

We assume a standard type city lot unless you tell us differently. For example properties that have steep slopes, multi levels, difficult access or any other characteristics that are unusual for the neighborhood will require a custom quote.
